Traditionally aggregates were produced by crushing rock to a nominated or specific size but they can now be produced from other materials.
Aggregates are used in many areas of construction but are primarily used in concrete, asphalt and for drainage.

Plumbers Mix 7-10mm - Quarried crushed gravel used in concrete mix or as a drainage aggregate. (example, to place over plumbing pipes)

Drainage Mix 14-20mm - Quarried crushed gravel used for drainage. (example, behind retaining walls over agg pipe)

¼ Minus (Crusher Dust) - Metal dust fines, compactable underlay for pavers.

Metal Slab Fill (Road Base) - Quarried mix of gravels of varying sizes designed to compact.
